Company Bio:
Having a passion for sports and growing bored in the corporate world as an engineer, Eric Horstman had always dreamed of combining his interest in sports with a career. After several years of working on refining some unique marketing programs for several high schools in the Ohio area, Mr. Horstman founded Sports Image ® in February of 2002.
Taking the leap from the corporate workplace now allowed him to concentrate his efforts on extending the marketing programs to high schools, colleges and grassroots organizations across the country building many solid relationships along the way. An organization being only as good as the people in it, Mr. Horstman surrounded himself with some key people on his administrative and sales team with a wealth of experience to help expand the reach of Sports Image ® across the country. Sports Image ® is currently headquartered in Franklin, Ohio. In March 2002, Sports Image ® went online at www.sportsimageinc.com and since has helped hundreds of organizations to get much needed revenue and equipment for their athletic programs. In May 2009, Sports Image® became a registered franchise and began selling sports marketing franchise opportunities across the country. |

| Because of Mr. Horstman’s connections and marketing programs with high schools, he founded the annual FLYIN’ TO THE HOOP International High School Basketball Invitational (www.flyntothehoop.com) in Dayton, Ohio. The event is currently ranked as one of the “Top Ten Events” for high school basketball nationwide per The USA Today (11/08) and helps to pump $1M into the local Dayton economy every January. |
